Itching to write about Magic: the Gathering? Now’s your chance! The AZMagicPlayers.com Article Contest will provide an avenue for your voice to be heard as well as providing some neat prizes.
The Rules
- Write an article with its length spanning anywhere from 500 to 5000 words.
- Obviously the article has to be about Magic: the Gathering, but it may be about anything relating – Standard, Limited, a tournament report, theory, financial, or even commenting on recent events such as Planeswalker Points.
- Keep it PG.
- The article must be original – obviously no plagarism is allowed, and if you had written a previous article, you may not use that for this contest.
- Don’t forget to submit an article title as well as a featured image to use for links and such.
- Email the article to [email protected] .
Prizes
The winner of the contest will receive their choice of one of the following:
- Show and Tell
- Revised Badlands
- Polluted Delta
- Unlimited Sinkhole
- 2 Antiquities Mishra’s Factories (Autumn and Spring)
In addition, we will also give a random entrant a random card from this prize pool!
How to Win
It’s easy. Share your article! If you notice at the bottom of each article, there is a “Like” button. The writer with the most Likes at the end of the contest period will be declared the winner!
Deadlines
The articles will be published at December 19th, 2011 at 12:01am, and the contest will end on January 4th, 2012 at noon. Entrants may submit articles all the way until the end of the contest – the sooner the better.
