GP Nagoya this weekend held not only the limited main event, but the winter 2016 Legacy Championships for Japan. 121 players showed up to battle, and three of the Top 8 decks are pretty spicy!
Punishing Reanimator
The site lists the Kozilek as the Butcher of Truth variety, but the redditor in the original post (and the construction of the deck itself) seems to suggest that it is the new Oath of the Gatewatch Kozilek.
Thought-Post
A Punishing Fire version of 12-Post, also featuring Thought-Knot seer. Thought-Knot provides a lot of utility for 12-Post, as it’s a great clock and disruptor. Also, Kozilek’s Return helps against decks that go wide, like Death and Taxes (and is also Mother of Runes-proof too!)

Dark Ritual out Liliana on turn 1 and Daze the Force. Seems. Good. It can play a fair Stoneblade game, but it also incorporates a fast Liliana clock to just wipe your opponent out from a different angle.
